Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Thursday sued the Biden administration over its COVID-19 vaccine mandates for federal contractors, the latest in a series of GOP attacks on President Biden's pandemic response efforts.
The complaint, filed in federal district court in Tampa, calls the policy a "radical intrusion on the personal autonomy of American workers," and seeks a preliminary nationwide injunction to block it from taking effect.
It names as defendants President Biden and a handful of federal agencies, including NASA, the General Services Administration as well as the Office of Management and Budget.

This is the third such case I know of. One from Arizona AG and one from Liberty Counsel. No stay on the mandate yet. I think the first hearing for one of the earlier two is 22 November.
So why didn’t he include the military?
Will the court of the middle district, for which he once worked, put this ahead of the other Liberty Counsel petition or will they just delay it to meaningless oblivion like they did Liberty Counsel’s action?
Question for Biden Admin.
Do the contractors who make $$$ off shuffling /shuffling illegal immigrants have the same rules to follow?
Probably needs to be a separate case, since the Federal government has a lot more power to mandate things for the military than for others like federal contractors or employees. This will be an easier case to win.
I think DeSantis is going about this wrong, just to piss everyone off He should immediately Offer State Issued COVID Vaccinated Cards to ALL that can demonstrate with a T cell test they have Immunity. Widely Publicized!
maybe people don’t want to submit to tests and have their information known and widely publicized...
Liberty Counsel’s hearing is 15 Nov in FL
Shouldn’t 20+ states be joining in?
