I’d go outside the class of professional politicians. There are a few good and honest ones (I like Jordan, Nunes, MTG, a few others), and we need THOSE ranks to increase, not be depleted to fill VP job.

Trump and Congress job should be to cut the federal government by half, for starters. People inside that failed operation are going to try to GROW it.

I like DeSantis a lot.

One problem with him as Trump’s running mate though would be that FL electors can’t vote for both of them, so Trump would have switch his primary residence to another state. Certainly it wouldn’t be back to NY.
