I filled out a form at a doctor’s office and was surprised to find a question asking what was my sex when I was born.
I wrote in that my memories of that day are pretty sketchy.

I was at a doctor where they cheated and left a blank line for sex. I wrote “occasionally”. It did seem like a valid medical question. They made no comment.
