A top US Marshals official currently under investigation for allegedly sleeping with a junior colleague now stands accused of pawning off his post-graduate program homework to his subordinates, The Post has learned.
Multiple law-enforcement sources outed the Marshals bigwig as Andrew Smith, the assistant director of the Tactical Operations Division — while revealing more details about the alleged romp at the agency’s Virginia headquarters.
The Marshals Service is probing Smith for allegedly getting underlings to do his homework assignments while attending a post-graduate program at the Naval War College...

If this happened, I’m pretty sure they were doing a lot more than just ‘sleeping’ together, if ya know what I mean!
Looks like we have to add the U.S. Marshall service to the FBI’s “99% of agents are good” myth. I doubt there is any element of federal law enforcement that can be trusted anymore.

I find that When you do your own homework instead of bullying the local nerd to do it, you’ll be much more prepared during finals. But that assumes you also forgo the option of blackmailing the teacher, kidnapping one of their relatives, or just sleeping with them. It also avoids the possibility of serious prison time.

Smith is eligible for retirement next month. He may dodge any consequence and receive his full benefits if he leaves his position before the review has been completed.
He is probably going to get away with it.

I have a family member that recently retired from the US Marshals.
He told me a few years ago, “ I don’t trust who I work for .”
