Meanwhile the SCOTUS has rebuffed every attempt to issue an injunction to stop these unconstitutional mandates. Thousands of people are facing the choice of losing their careers or accepting an experimental drug with proven deadly side effects. The key issue in any injunction hearing is “irreparable harm”. SCOTUS refuses to even hear the arguments and assess whether the potential harm to these people who want to use their constitutional freedom to reject a potentially fatal vaccine or their jobs, is outweighed by the public interest. That would of course require an assessment of the facts, i.e. whether the vaccinated are just as likely to be contagious as the unvaccinated. The so called “conservative” majority is condemning millions of Americans to state coercion without even a hearing.

Which requirement means that there are fewer truck drivers to pick up freight at rail yards which are having to turn down business because they can’t get their cars unloaded, which means even fewer trucks to deliver to warehouses which can’t ship their goods because of too few local truck drivers to take food to grocery stores.
