I live in Phoenix, where outdoor dining is not uncommon. I don’t know of anyone who is afraid of dining in who is otherwise interested in restaurants. I get the feeling that some parts of the country are more fearful than others.

I was about to say.....sounds like the Karen’s, who want to stay outside and freeze their fannypacks off, while dining.

In Texas....we’ve been having crowded indoor dining, and PACKED indoor sports events, and all is fine.

I’m in San Francisco, and I’m not *afraid* of dining inside, and in fact I was doing it occasionally a few months back. But then the city imposed a covid vax mandate with which I am not, and have no intention of, complying. So, for me, it’s outdoor dining or bust.
