I recall the Trucker protests in the late 70s. If there’s one group of workers in the USA you don’t screw with it is truckers.

Somebody greased the Teamsters, and they’ve been pretty damned acquiescent. DEF should have brought them out in a “Hell no!” campaign, but... >crickets<
Until there’s a nationwide stoppage, and these guys all pull over and park for a week, all this ain’t nothin’ but a truckload of jaw jackin’.
