If I was running a warehouse, I would certainly let truckers use the bathroom, for heaven’s sake! Nope. The DOT issued a regulation that truckers couldn't use local bathrooms in the building "to stop the spread of Covid".
We had to put yellow tape across the doors.
But they could use the bathroom at the local truck stop 10 minutes away.
It wasn't the warehouse owner, it was the feds (sometimes the state) and the HR depts of these massive warehouse companies that pushed the rules.

Being the contrarian that I am, I probably would have set up a separate bathroom outside the building just for them. Maybe even a snacks station. And a couple of hand-washing stations in between, just because.
It was interesting to see how the different places reacted differently during the shutdowns. I can only go by what I remember reading here, but as I recall, there were places where they posted signs warning truckers not to stop there, and other places put up signs inviting truckers for free coffee and sandwiches.

Truck sign needed:
If I can't pee, then I can't deliver to your location.
