It is not clear the current Attorney General knows what is going on in his Department even if his signature is on the relevant document. We might have another emissary from the Keebler Tree.

But it will be effective - how many parents are going to continue complaining after a visit by the ‘authorities’?

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) at the Garland hearing said that Republicans have sent 14 letters to the DOJ and never heard back at all on 8 or 9 of them. The others got replies after months or years! (those are numbers from my memory and may not be accurate, but are close enough to make the point)
Yet the marxist NSBA gets the DOJ to sic the FBI on parents in only FIVE days?
So Congress gets ignored, stonewalled, and gaslighted for months and years while a radical left-wing “educational” association gets immediate attention.
That is corrupt and rotten beyond belief.

You make a point, but I still think it will be dropped. There’s already much push back growing against such a Gestapo policy. Garland won’t announce he has rescinded his statement, he’ll just let it fade away, IMO.

The elephant in the room is NO jurisdiction, and official oppression. Garland knows better than that, knows he's on shaky legal ground but being a good stooge he went along with whatever the Politburo demanded anyway. The recent waffling by the NSBA as well as by Garland himself is a good admittance that this is all outta line.
