Supreme Court Declines Biden Request to Block Texas Abortion Law
Newsmax ^ | October 22, 2021

The Supreme Court is not immediately blocking the Texas law that bans most abortions, but has agreed to hear arguments in the case in early November.

The justices said Friday they will decide whether the Department of Justice has the right to sue over the law. It appears that the court does not intend to address the merits of the Texas law in that case.

...

Answering that question of whether the DOJ has standing to sue will help determine whether the law should be blocked while legal challenges continue. The court is moving at an unusually fast pace that suggests it plans to make a decision quickly. Arguments are set for Nov. 1.

This is dated October 22, so I believe this is another small win for unborn babies and Pro Life advocates in the Left's constant quest for Marxist Judicial Activism against Texas Law.

I am happy and still wonder if these are harbingers of the coming historic bringdown of the disgraceful Roe v. Wade, or just minor good news on the way to a loss in December in SCOTUS.

The lives of a lot of little babies depend upon the decision.

All the way to the end of June, the Left will be losing its shit over SCOTUS and abortion. If Roe and Casey are overruled, the Left's reaction will be far beyond how it felt when Trump won in 2016.

I won’t hold my breath, but it would be very sweet to have Roe overturned while Biden is in the White House.

I am hopeful SCOTUS will recognize unborn babies as Human Beings with Equal Rights Given By God, and the Right to an Advocate to speak for them just as any Human Being whom cannot communicate has the Right to an Advocate to speak for him or her.

Maybe the Left will more fully reveal themselves for ordinary people to see.

Bergolio loves him. Loves Pelosi. Hates people who actually practice Catholicism. So go figure.

Better to have it come when there isn’t a fudge-packer, er, court-packer in office.

No, not a victory. They’re going to give the DOJ power. Funny though how THIS is so important to them but the election of a President doesn’t interest them.

"The justices said Friday they will decide whether the Department of Justice has the right to sue over the law. It appears that the court does not intend to address the merits of the Texas law"

It seems to me that this is a major point. As the US Constitution is written, Amendment 10 states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Since abortion is never even mentioned in the US Constitution, regulating it is clearly not a right of the US government. I appreciate that though an earlier Supreme Court invented such a right, any coherent, literate person can see that it is not there. The fact that the Supreme Court couldn't find enough support among its members to block the Texas law bodes well for a finding that may also find that the façade of a right to an abortion does not exist there either.

A great irony in all of this is that for decades now an unborn baby was
simply a "blob of tissue" to abortionists.
(I won't even go into the human cells used from the children murdered in
abortions for "medical purposes", including the current
Covid injections, giving further truth to their grand lies)

With the advancements in 3D ultrasound and "heartbeat laws"
(only living beings HAVE heartbeats) there is no doubt at all that a life is being extinguished.
A "blob of tissue" is not being removed as if it were a cancerous tumor.
And yet, despite that, liberals STILL don't accept abortion as the death of a person.

How anyone can justify such reasoning is beyond me.
