Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R), who serves on the special committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection, said on Thursday that issuing a subpoena for former President Trump was not off the table with regard to his committee's investigations.
"I think we can get to all the information we need without him, but I think we are certainly willing to do it. That's something I want to make clear is he's not off-limits," Kinzinger said in an appearance on MSNBC. "But I also think if we can get that information prior to him and obviously you recognize the second he's subpoenaed it creates a whole circus, but we will do what we need to do."
Kinzinger added that anyone who refuses to come before Congress may face consequences and could be compelled to appear but added that the process may take some time.

He is doing what is necessary to pick up a contract with CNN or MSNBC when he leaves Congress in January 2023. His Congressional pension plus multi six figure work as a commentator for the liberal news networks will allow him to live very well. He likely will also pick up some lucrative speaking engagements on college campuses and a 7 figure book deal. He may appear to be vacuous but he is smart enough to attach himself to the gravy train and be set financially for life.
Is he really any worse than the RINO’s who identify with conservative voters during election season and then eagerly collaborate with Democrats on a daily basis and make themselves wealthy on insider deals with wealthy donors?

I hate to use this particular analogy, but here goes...
Adolf Hitler was barely known in Germany until the government unwisely dragged him into court. This gave Hitler a huge soap box from which to preach his cause. Overnight he went from a relative unknown to a national celebrity. And, Hitler was a relative amateur.
Trump, on the other hand, is a showman. I saw some footage from when he was a relatively unknown who was simply a real estate developer. He walked onto a construction site in New York and he started talking to workers. In a short time he was surrounded and he had the audience in his hands. They loved him. Unlike Hitler, who always seemed a demagog, Trump is personable and likable. And, he knows how to play a crowd. Oh, yeah, put on trial. I dare ya.’
Most are also willing to kick the horse out from under neath you as well
They won’t do it. They know it will only vindicate Trump, they just want to pump their chests and throw out the hyperpole about January 6th being ‘The Day Democracy Almost Died’, they don’t want a real probe at all.
I look forward to seeing this Judas goat pay for his treason. Look forward to hearing about one of his patriotic family members kicking his ass at a family wedding or funeral.
