Illinois governor eyes lifting 'certain mask mandates' before holidays © Greg Nash Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) said on Tuesday he is hoping to lift “certain mask mandate” before the holidays if cases decline in the state.
“We want to remove the mitigations as we approach the holidays,” Pritzker said at a COVID-19 briefing, The Chicago Tribune reported. “That’s an important marker for us.”
“We want to make sure that these numbers keep going down,“ he added.

The Circus Elephant Governor and his family own the company in China that packages and ships Face Masks and PPE to the US. The Putzker Family has warehouses full of face masks in the Chicago area.
No way Putzker lifts the ban - Mayor Lighthead already announced the Face Mask law will be in effect in Chicago well into 2022.

I don’t wear the mask of conformity in any store anymore. Had to go into the post office yesterday, others all masked-up. Held the door open for a masked woman with packages to show how considerate we unmasked actually are!
What bothers me is the high school kids walking home with their friends, some wearing masks. They are or soon will be old enough to vote, and reproduce.

Happy my travels don’t have me going to Chicago anymore as the vendor I/T rep. It sucked without the Covid stuff.
My city has pretty much ignored his mask mandate. The only place I wear a mask is in the VA clinic

“Superdelta” will be the thing starting in November. I fully expect Pritzer to go full mask and statewide vaccine mandate once that hits.
