Go look at any Democrat stronghold, like Philadelphia or Chicago.

Democrats claim they "care" about the people, so they vote for the party that will care for the people. But when a woman is being raped, these same people who vote for "care" just record the rape and do nothing to actually help a woman in need.

Meanwhile, the elected Democrats continue to release animals into the community from prisons and import more animals into their communities.
