This November, voters in eleven states will be asked to ratify new rights to clean air and water in their state constitutions. If approved by unwary voters, these proposals could wreak havoc on other more important and long established rights and launch litigation nightmares.
In New York State, for example, ballot proposal #2 asks voters to approve an Article I, meaning a basic, constitutional protection: the right to clean and water and a healthful environment. These are simple words, meant to be appealing, but in reality, they are dangerously destructive to property rights, zoning, and businesses.
"Each person shall have a right to clean air and water, and a healthful environment." Aspirational, undefined and unattainable. It's radical social policy camouflaged as environmentalism by New York state's out-of-control, radical Legislature.

There were many of them on the COVID-19 threads in early 2020 and which became inactive in the late Summer of 2020. Posting about spraying mail and letting it sit for days; another posted that people should not leave their home/yard for any reason except for medical appointments and groceries. There was some good comments about prepping, but many, many comments about about how bad it was, and how much worse it was going to get. A few still post on FR, several others thankfully do not.

NYS has lost almost half its House seats over the last 60 years.

How do you propose we ‘clean up’ NY elections? If you don’t have a plan, what’s your point in trolling these threads?
If all is lost, why are you even here? If voting is all “rigged” and can never be fixed, why aren’t you out exercising your 2nd Amendment veto?
The fact is you don’t believe what you wrote here because if you did, and if it were true, you’d would be doing something other than whining on a message board.
I see a lot of the same nonsense over at AR-15.com and other message boards. The “all is lost” meme seems to be very common. You never see the folks on the left wallowing in misery like this. When they lose, they are immediately planning their next attack. They don’t quit.
We seem to have so many losers on “our” side.
