In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger, is set to release a statement after the San Francisco Department of Health closed one of the Top California Burger Restaurant’s locations. “Today, the San Francisco Department of Health closed our restaurant…” he wrote. According to Wensingers statement, In-N-Out Burger employees were allegedly “not preventing the entry of customers who were not carrying proper vaccination documentation.”

In-N-Out you are my hero. Will go there for lunch tomorrow
“We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government. It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant associates to segregate customers,” wrote Wensigner.
If every business would do this COVID mandates would be over!
So, it is a closure until In-N-Out complies? Or will In-N-Out shut down the location in SF permanently?
Need to change the name
“NO IN, JUST OUT”
Hard to say what they will do, They are a pretty Powerful company in thier own right and could really shake things up if they choose to
Papers please or no food
Papers please? Seems like the Nazi thing to do. Fortunately I live in North Carolina so I haven’t encountered the Gestapo yet.
Wish there was an In-N-out here in Florida.
No they wouldn’t.
What government employees went without a paycheck last year?
They’d be happy to shut down every business. Less work for them.
“Offf’kourse you haff no papers! Jab him Fritz!”
I’m betting that if Cooper had his way, his Gestapo would be in full effect.
True. But not in North Carolina though. Too many country boys out here and Cooper’s Fiefdom would be reduced to I-85 stretching from Triangle all the way down to Charlotte.
It occurs to me that they now have standing to sue.
They have the pockets too.
Come on in and out
If there is a gov mandate restricting entry the gov is responsible for enforcing it, not the business owner.
In a just world, yes.
Ever hear of an unfunded mandate?
Bring In-N-Out to South Carolina! No Vaxx rules here. I miss having them up the street from me as an ex-Cali boy.
Take the whole chain out of California. My daughter’s family just moved to Florida for safety reasons. They love BURGERS. Bring I&O in!!
Seems to me they could do just fine with just Drive through business which won’t require checking zee papers. Down here in So Cal you can get served pretty quick going into the Store. The Drive through is always insane, 20 cars deep. Same with the Chick Fil-A, both Drive through lines snake through the Parking Lot disrupting traffic trying to get to other stores. I don’t understand the mentality of waiting 20+ minutes in a drive through when you can walk in too smallish lines. Same with Costco gas, always 20 a minute line. I’ll pay $2 more not to put up with that.
