As an Oregonian, I can assure you that our public servants are the most incompetent, ignorant, arrogant and lazy bunch in the US.
Remember the woman that botched the new DMV computers to the tune of millions of dollars and made a lateral move in State government?
The upper level Marxists notwithstanding, it still amazes me how many affirmative action types (think DMV) screw up our lives by their incompetence.
