Employees will immediately take their sick/vacay time, and then NOT quit - employer will have to fire.
Why not quit, assuming you can?
At some point, this becomes a wife with an abusive husband. They don’t want you, or they enjoy making you bleed. What’s the difference?
Americans had better figure out how to live life and enjoy it, without supporting those who detest them.
I am also starting to wonder if you are really so much better off looking for future employment, having been fired “for cause”. Maybe it’s better to leave while you can still expect a recommendation from your current employer.
