Why not quit, assuming you can?

At some point, this becomes a wife with an abusive husband. They don’t want you, or they enjoy making you bleed. What’s the difference?

Americans had better figure out how to live life and enjoy it, without supporting those who detest them.

I am also starting to wonder if you are really so much better off looking for future employment, having been fired “for cause”. Maybe it’s better to leave while you can still expect a recommendation from your current employer.

By quitting, you absolve the employer.

By being fired, you have options to sue for wrongful dismissal. Especially, if they refused your exception request for religious or other reasons. Then there is the unemployment issue.

Well, for one, you can’t get unemployment payments if you quit. Second, you can’t sue them for wrongful termination if you quit.
