SEOUL Oct. 19 (Yonhap) North Korea fired an unidentified projectile toward the East Sea on Tuesday, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said , in a move that may dampen Seoul's push to resume dialogue.

You apparently missed all of the numerous intermediate-range ballistic missile tests launched by the Norks from mid-2019 once again, after the talks with Trump's friend imploded in Hanoi. Something like at least 20 of them, all UN violations but he was repeatedly appeased and let off the hook and continued that bad behavior due to the love letters. This is nothing new.

Plus, the hypersonic missiles they have developed, and the SLBM platform that this might be, were all developed and furthered for the last several years, including under at least three years of Trump and now 8 months of Biden. These don't happen overnight. Despite assurances, they labored behind the scenes to perfect their strike capability all this time. How foolish were we?
