How about blackmailing us to do nothing via “Missile launch container ships” off the coats...
At this time, there are 80+ container ships off the coast of California waiting to be unloaded. They are spread out over miles and miles of the coastal waters.
If even one of those was a secret cruise missile launching platform we’d be in grave danger.
We would have to basically nuke the entire area to get the one ship..................................
