The hanger steak comes from the belly, hence the name, they hang there and don't do much. They're from the Plate behind the front legs. I has never heard of them until today.

Yaaasssss. Marinate that bad boy then grill it on infrared so itโs charred on the outside and tender on the inside. Then slice it into thin strips. ๐ I discovered hanger steak in April 2020 when it was the only cut of meat left in the bin at my local Safeway during the panic.
