China tested a nuclear-capable hypersonic missile that circled the globe before speeding towards its target, demonstrating an advanced space capability that caught US intelligence by surprise. The test showed that China has made astounding progress on hypersonic weapons and is far more advanced than US officials previously believed.
“Hypersonic glide vehicles . . . fly at lower trajectories in flight, which makes them hard to track and destroy,” said Fravel, a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The new hypersonic glide vehicle was launched with a “Long March” rocket, seen here carrying China’s Chang’e-5 lunar probe for its space program.

If U.S. intelligence people are “stunned” then it shows how poor our intelligence on China is.

I heard a report on the radio this morning that this happened back in August, and we are just now being told.
If that is true, it makes me wonder if the Afghanistan debacle was deliberate, to distract the public.
Same with “OUR” intelligence agencies.

Most military experts think a limited nuclear exchange with them would decimate their population, go from world's most populace to about less than 500 million over a few years, due to factors we spoke about. Make WW2 look like a tea party. Their alternative energy source will be body cremation. Agenda 21 folks, we will lose 1 billion people worldwide in the next 20 years due to famines, wars, disease, sterilzation, and abortions.
So reading this, they placed a warhead in orbit or a one trip sub-orbit, and it went into hypersonic mode upon reentry.
Putting a missle up for one orbit obviously is something they could do.
So the big surprise is?
Was it the hypersonic flight itself on the way down, or just the feat of placing a hypersonic warhead on a sub orbital missile?
Sounds like something we all are working on.
So which American President gets the Vig for the successful demonstration of this US developed tech?
