The shot could have made her dizzy and it sounds as if the head hit led to her death. That said, if she was double jabbed within 1 week, especially in the condition you describe, you have a hell of a lawsuit against whoever dictated that. Never heard of any mandate going against Moderna’s own guideline of no less than 4 weeks (post trial research shows even longer is better) and would not likely recommend vaxing a person in such a state.

Moderna, with its heavier dose, is not one that a sane person would give somebody twice, one week apart.
It was either a mistake or intentional.
The special law passed protects Moderna from liability but does not protect the person/organization forcing the experimental use only with informed consent “vaccine”...informed consent to be non-coerced
