The special law passed protects Moderna from liability but does not protect the person/organization forcing the experimental use only with informed consent “vaccine”...informed consent to be non-coerced
They can mandate vaccines but dosing twice in a week is a malpractice. No care facility stipulate that timeline in its mandate.
