Giuliani didn't have a shred of evidence that would have held up in a court of law. That's why he always had to attest in the various court hearings after Election Day that he had no evidence of fraud.

There was no way in hell to fix the problem with the 2020 election once the Electoral College vote of mid-December was done. Look what just happened in Arizona: it took about TEN MONTHS for a SINGLE COUNTY to complete a forensic audit that would have been needed in every contested state last year.

I listened to Giuliani’s entire presentation to the Michigan legislative committee in 2020, and your post does not align with what he said back then. In addition, what he brought forth therein was enough evidence to have the givernment take on an investigation to gather more evidence. Evidence that was prevented from being made available to either confirm or debunk his claims. Courts conveniently bounced cases because of lack of standing, not lack of evidence. I have seen plenty of leftist plaintiffs in other cases with no evidence and less standing than the election cases get their day in court in order to effect discovery, to try to build their case since the sought after evidence was being kept from them.

And nobody has said there was no voter fraud, “just not enough” to make a difference in the outcome. How does one know there is “not enough” if there hasn’t been a complete audit or investigation?

I am still waiting for the full open, public testimony by all people involved in the GA suitcase under the tables video to occur. Who (including party affiliation), what, where, etc etc? Why did AZ take 10 months? Everyone involved cooperated and wanted to get to the bottom of it, right? Sure, it’s too much work to get to the truth, so let’s move on? Look how long it took (years!), how many taxpaying resources and effort made on trying to legitimize the Russian election hoax ... nobody complained about that how long that election matter requires, the $$$ expended, the media, and now that the truth is coming out ... we need to move along and continue to play nice with the demonkkkraps.

Too many people have no idea how criminal conspiracies work and their complexities. As time goes forward, the evidence is disappearing and your position will eventually be the default position - no shred of evidence from 2020 that will hold up in court.

Much of the time real evidence doesn't hold up in court anyways. The law means what a judge says it means and there are no objective standards.

No. In the cases where he stated he wasn’t arguing fraud, the cases weren’t about fraud but instead unequal application of standards - for which fraud is but a side-conversation and proof of which is not needed, except to a judge who is ignoring or screwing up the law.
