A growing number of U.S. Navy SEALs who are seeking a religious exemption to the Defense Department's COVID-19 vaccine mandate are being threatened and, in some cases, harassed into submission, Fox News has learned.
A series of new directives by the Navy are promising severe punishment, including demotions, pay cuts and a ban on travel for SEALs, and other Navy service members, who do not comply with the vaccine mandate. For some SEALs who are in the process of seeking a religious exemption to the mandate, the process is nearly impossible to successfully complete to get a waiver, Fox News has been told.
Michael Berry, First Liberty Institute's general counsel and Lt. Col. U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, who is representing approximately 34 active-duty SEALs and two reservists, told Fox News that the Navy's new directives are illegal and infringe upon an individual's First Amendment freedoms.
"Purging our military of its elite servicemembers is detrimental to national security. Doing so because the Commander in Chief refuses to accommodate their religious convictions is abhorrent to the Constitution. Their years of experience and leadership in service to our nation is immeasurable and irreplaceable," Berry told Fox News.
Berry continued, "Remove a SEAL from special warfare, reduce his salary, and force him to repay his training is purely vindictive and punitive. And it’s illegal. They have nothing to do with a virus." Berry's clients have a combined more than 350 years of military service and more than 100 combat deployments.

One has to question the rationale of dissing and threatening those you trained to become some of the country’s premier killers. Better watch the .50 cal rifle inventory and at least a 3 mile exclusion zone around the fools threatening these guys.

The government has lost its mind. This sort of betrayal will ensure no one trusts the government and no one will join the military knowing the threat of being charged for ones training.
It is very obvious, the vaxx is not what we are being told it is. Vaxx does not stop covid. Vaxx does not keep anyone safe, or healthy. Why the big push to vaxx? Nefarious, evil people behind the vaxx.
Maybe the SEALs will use their training against this corrupt government if they are pushed too far.....
I’ve been saying it for a long time. We’ll know what is wrong with it years down the line, like with agent orange in Vietnam.
Thing is...they make more money as contractors outside the military. The US government can try and screw them, fine them, make them pay back bonuses etc. They’ll simply work for a foreign government for 250,000 a year. The government has no power over essential specialists. They are a fungible asset.
We need Trump - or some Republican - to take a bold stand and tell these guys that if they lose their jobs over this, that Trump will reinstate them fully in good standing if he is re-elected.

I honestly don’t believe it’ll take that long. I’m betting next year the effects will start to manifest with those that took it early on and escalate from there, especially with the elderly.
I would have to agree, not going to take a long time for this poison to kick in.
