UN Climate Change Conference Reportedly Using Diesel Generators To Charge Teslas Being Used As Shuttles
We’re not sure we can think of a better analogue for the lunacy behind the climate change hysteria that what is reportedly going on in Glasgow.
As many people know, the Conference of the Parties (COP) Climate Change Conference, hosted by the UK in partnership with Italy, is taking place in Glasgow from October 31 to November 12.
One blogger from Brighton wrote this week that attendees from the conference will be staying at Gleneagles Hotel.
He wrote that there’s 20 Teslas at the hotel to shuttle people back and forth to and from the convention, which is about 75km.
Then, the kicker. Since the hotel only has one Tesla charging station, diesel generators were contracted to help recharge the Teslas overnight.
What would the UN know it’s run by Morons
So so full of it.

There is an interesting scene in an old 1964 movie THAT MAN FROM RIO in which Jean Paul Belmondo climbs outside a hotel window along the Rio beach.
You can see the ocean, roadways and line of hotels every where.
I decided to look up the Rio beaches web cams to see how high the ocean has gotten since 1964.
Other than the usual high and low tides, NO CHANGE.
Others have done the same with old 1960 beach movies and compared the oceans to today. No change.
Are they using bio-diesel? ‘cause that would be carbon neutral.

New climate data by NOAA scientists doubles the warming trend since the late 1990s by adjusting pre-hiatus temperatures downward and inflating temperatures in more recent years.

Here, the chain of electricity distribution is obvious and short. Diesel in, electricity out. No magical grid, no removal of distance.
On a larger scale, it’s the same thing, only less obvious to many because its distributed and the details are removed from sight.
I saw one of the professors draw a line that supported his thesis from exactly three data points.
The data points, while not quite a equilateral triangle, were not that far off.
You could have drawn almost any line through them, and been arguably as correlated.
But, he was on Masters orals. I said nothing.
Nor did anyone else in the room.
Any scientist can extrapolate from two data points but a genius can extrapolate from only one. It takes a true visionary to extrapolate from no data whatsoever.
