The union chief should go on TV and take thirty minutes to explain why he has been selected to have his 1st Amendment Rights diminished and barred from making public statements about the police not submitting their vax status to Beatle Juice. He should emphasize that he is not encouraging the members to violate any laws or judge orders.

Cook County Circuit Judge Cecilia Horan ruled there was potential irreparable harm if local Fraternal Order of Police President John Catanzara persisted in making such statements. City attorneys argued they were tantamount to him advocating “sedition” and “anarchy” because he was directing members to disobey an order from their superiors.

Union law and freedom of speech just made this a federal issue, as well as raising issues of "sedition" and "anarchy."

Next step is the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
