I believe you are right. Biden was advised it wouldn’t stand
up in court, so he’s having his pets the NGOs do the heavy
lifting here.
If the corporations wanted everyone vaccinated, they should
offer them $5,000 to $10,000 to get both shots. Then people
could decide for themselves.
