How does he do that if biden requires it for over 100 employees..or is that not in effect yet

The CEO says Delta will be 95% vaccinated without the mandate and will make religious and medical accommodations made for those who wish to remain unvaccinated while avoiding having to threaten employment status.
This is actually pretty huge. It could be the crack in the dam that leads other large employers to follow Delta's lead.

I am neither confused or skeptical rather:
1- i’m not high risk
2- i have no family history
3- i work out like a fiend
4- when i was tested for CCP virus anti-bodies two months ago it turned out i had a huge amount though i never had any symptoms.
Again- i am neither confused or skeptical rather i see no good reason why i should have this stuff injected in me at this time.

He probably got the go-ahead from the Biden administration, since, even the feds can see the number of cases going down, and so, it’s really no big surprise. Next, Biden will claim victory over Covid because of his mandates.
Threaten the bottom line profits and they fold.

The more interesting questions are whether or not the reported numbers are accurate, how many workers have already quit.
The reported news is useless without a _lot_ of detail.
For example, how does the airline _know_ with metaphysical certainty that an employee is vaccinated.
Can the workers fake their way around whatever reporting requirements there are (to buy them time to look for work elsewhere)?
That may vary company to company.
My experience with senior executives is that most of them are absolutely clueless about the details behind data that is reported to them.
That makes it easy to cite figures that are wrong, sometimes very very wrong.
I will give you one example from my days in the cable television business, many decades ago.
I was a middle manager, and was given a specific goal (number of subscribers to the service) that had to be met or I would be fired. If I exceeded the goal (up to a maximum percentage) I would get a bonus at the end of the year.
From the outside this sounds very simple. A subscriber is a subscriber is a subscriber, right?
Wrong!
After I was there for a year (and was almost fired as I barely squeaked by the goal number) one of the old timers had mercy on me, took me aside and explained how to beat the system.
A lot of our business involved beach resorts in northeastern states—that was highly seasonal since most beach homes were vacant (not subscribers) for most of the year.
The counting method used to determine the bonuses was the average number of subscribers for the year, counting by month.
It turned out that it was easy to manipulate the seasonal count _exactly_ to get a few more subscribers but not more than the maximum needed to max out the bonus.
How?
If I did nothing then most building owners would illegally hook up the residents to cable, and they would not be paying and not registered as customers.
If I needed more “customers” all I had to do was have an installer climb that pole and physically disconnect the entire building.
Then if people wanted cable TV for the summer they had to sign up to pay for it.
We know from historical numbers what percentage would do that.
I enjoyed the max bonuses for years after that—and senior management _never_ found out the trick.
Well, IIRC, OSHA is still writing the ETS (emergency temporary standard) to be put out between the 20th and 24th of Oct for brandon to review and sign. Of course no one knows how ‘temporary’ temporary will be. And others couldn’t care less. Yet. Economic bullying to follow no doubt.
