I don’t know, I’m not there. Our modern society won’t allow such acts, so many laws, and I AM a law abiding citizen. I know I can’t do what I described, but I sure as hell WOULD pull the dirty SOB off of the victim and hold him for the police.
You would then be arrested for assault and unlawful detention in many US locales these days.
What would happen when the Police got there if you did is that they would had let the guy go and arrested you, locked you up on a bunch of charges.
