Jimmy Carter was just flat out incompetent.
Biden's incompetent and being used as an empty vessel to carry out the plan from the progressive left to destroy the country and re-make it under a communist model.
Once people finally accept that fact, everything that's going on in the country now makes sense.
Despite his many faults I believe Carter was a Patriot. Comparing Biden to Carter is an insult to Carter.
