Interesting, thank you for that. I read the long explanation and it more or less supports the idea that this use of trespass is not seen prior to 1990, so in my completely idiosyncratic book, that means it gets a failing grade.
By that kind of rule, “computer” would be a job description, not an object. 1990 is more than thirty years ago. Please update; English is not French and it’s not ruled by an elite academia that determines what is right and proper by committee. English correctness is determined by common formal usage.
