Jay Sekulow’s legal firm has said they will take no clients who seek help from the vaccine mandate. Mark Levin, I don’t know. I haven’t heard anything. But I’m very disappointed with Sekulow’s firm their refusal to help.
There are two executive orders regarding mandating covid jobs for the military and federal workers/contractors.
I appreciate your input. I have donated to Liberty Counsel and I encourage others to do the same. Granted it wasn’t much, but I ever come into large amount of funds they will be the first to benefit.
Well, that takes him down to the bottom peg on my list.
I honestly have never had a good feeling about him because he talks too much and too proud.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed in him as well. Matter of fact, there was (at the time I was first researching legal firms) a large banner on his website saying he wasn’t taking any cases dealing with Covid mandates. Needless to say I was shocked and dismayed at that revelation.
Thank you! I agree- Sekulow is a real disappointment. I kind of assumed he would be at the forefront of defending freedom. Guess I was wrong.
This is not the first lawsuit, the more the better, and this looks very comprehensive. Temp Restraining order, too. Can you ping me with any updates?

Liberty Counsel had one of their lawsuits in Maine denied without comment by the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
Appeals court refuses to stop Janet Mills’ vaccine mandate.
That's probably going to be the way it's done across the board -- just refuse to hear the case because the merits of the case are clear in the plain text of the US Code. By refusing the hear the case, they don't have to rule on it against the Biden administration.
