The never ending false claim that taxes have to be raised or school programs cut. Start by getting rid of personnel except for teachers and janitors. Get rid of programs that have nothing to do with education. Especially, get rid of the psychologists. Watch your schools thrive.
Get rid of Athletic Directors, Directors of Auxiliary Services, high-salaried managers of "buildings and grounds".
The public schools are a lost cause. They need to be destroyed and rebuilt from scratch. Best home-school until they implode.
Roberson Rule
“A rule postulating that any and all government programs – federal, state, or local – no matter the program’s intent, level of funding, or degree of popular/political support from conservative or liberals – will eventually undergo metamorphosis into a jobs program.
The original goal will thereby become completely subservient to the bureaucratic need to maintain and grow a vested support group.”
The rule was first described by Randy Charles Roberson, (b. 1958 - ) Dubach, Louisiana, USA.
