A student and a faculty member at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine have filed a lawsuit against the school for refusing to grant their religious objections to the coronavirus vaccine mandate. The school asked the student to take a “leave of absence” from his coursework and threatening the faculty member with termination.
A suggestion to "take a leave of absence"...? Is the University reimbursing her for losing a year of life waiting to get her degree? Her delay in getting into a job? How long do they suggest this leave to last?
