I think the AntiChrist will sign the seven year treaty allowing Islam to be the State religion of the world in trade for the Dome of the Rock and allow Israel to build the 3rd temple.
Some Prophecy folks believe Islam will actually be destroyed in the Ezekiel 38/39 War that could happen soon.
The A/C will have then have a better chance at a more ecumenical religion that encompasses Rome, Paganism, Atheism, and what’s left of Islam.
A lot needs to happen until then however.
