Notice that this requirement only pertains to such rifles owned LAWFULLY. That is because SCOTUS has ruled that to force prohibited criminals to comply with such laws amounts to unconstitutional self-incrimination.

DEMONRATS truly despise and wish to have utter control over law-abiding patriots, and this is another example of their disdain for us.
