We know that Xi had Wuhan under a virtual lockdown/quarantine relative to the rest of China months before anyone outside of China knew about it. Yet he warned nobody outside China, even with the Chinese New Year coming up and tons of Sino people travelling from many countries for the holiday and returning back to their host countries -- taking the virus with them.
I can’t say deliberate/non-deliberate.
But as far as lethality...could anyone have imagined the societal effects of this thing getting out? (Yes, a few did) The effects went far, far beyond a lot of older folks dying. Including many effects non-beneficial to the CCP/Chinese. Still, it may have been a test.
One would like to believe accidental. However Eugenics has been a popular theory with intellectuals since 1893. Add it to the Climate change hysteria among the very very rich, and it horribly plausible this is a virus design as a test run of a eugenicists agenda.
The societal effects weren’t inherent in the virus. Opportunistic sh!ts exploited it to serve their purposes, and they still are.

Chinese and Arab mindsets are difficult to compare, but the need to save face is common to both cultures. The Chinese bureaucrats were lying to their superiors all the way up their chain of command about successful progress, and the top leadership thought they were dealing with a slate-wiper when the accidental release happened. They panicked.
They certainly took drastic internal lockdown measures which harmed their own economy quite severely. If this was all working to some clever plan, they would not have done that.
There is no doubt in my mind that the Chinese decided to "spread the misery" by encouraging travel outside their country.
Their is no doubt in my mind that the Democrats in this country "never let a crisis go to waste" and have used this pandemic to implement a whole series of totalitarian controls over the American population. Their goal is to wreck this country. Out of the wreckage and chaos they would implement a new feudal aristocracy with themselves as the permanent rulers.

But it may be as much about economic and military strategy as anything else. For example, what would happen if only your country was the one that other countries didn't travel to, engage in commerce with, or buy imports from? If the western world didn't catch the virus and kept humming along just fine, the western world would find other cheap labor sources -- especially if China was too weak to be a buyer of western goods (a reason American businesses use Chinese cheap labor and even let China have intellectual property is with the promise of a vast China consumer base to hopefully buy your product). And don't forget how plagues have often been a driving force in who won wars.
A newly designed bioweapon doesn’t necessarily turn out to affect the targeted population properly and may instead infest other groups or even the disseminators’ population worst. What works in the lab doesn’t always work as designed in the field. There are hints that China’s population has suffered far more than admitted. They say they have it under control then lock down another province.
Deliberate or not isn’t the issue, the fact they sat on it for months is the real crime.

I think it is and was intentional, the bioweapon is not the virus but the vaccines.
My instincts told me it was intentional and from china the first time I heard about it. Hard to describe, but in a fraction of a second I knew it. It was bioengineered, from china and intentionally released, to bring down our President, Donald Trump. I knew that instantly. KNEW. IT.
Trump had racheted up sanctions against China until their economy was on its knees. The US was walking away from buying everything you can think of from China, beause we were starting to make it all here again. Our military was back on its feet, and the strongest in the world again, and once again nobody wanted to poke us with a sharp stick, which is exactly what they were doing (both russia and china) just before Trump was elected. North Korea and Iran too, but they were not the serious threat Russia and China were.
And this might just be a dress rehearsal for one that is worse, that China still has locked up in a lab somewhere. Think millions...bodies piled in the streets and nobody to bury them. Entire cities wiped out. I have considered this a very strong possibility ever since the day the current one appeared, and seriously, it scares the crap out of me.
But this one itself is almost a carbon copy of the H1N1 or swine flu from 2009-2010. the same people were doing it, Fauci was head of CDC, the “vaccine” did more damage than the virus itself did, so maybe that was the practice run? From that one they already knew how to do it, they just weren’t able to provoke the panic they wanted that time. They tried. This time they released it on the entire world to disguise the fact that it was actually targeting the US and Donald trump.
I’ve seen a lot of people laugh at the population control angle, but if you wanted to do that, what would you do first? Eliminate the old and infirm, the ones you consider a drain on society. Medicare just stopped spending billions in one year, because of the fatalities from this one virus, that specifically targeted the older people who already, for the most part, have health problems. And would you do it all at once, or in baby steps so you wouldn’t cause any public alarm?
So now if you want a global communist government, which China does, you have many fewer mouths to feed. The communist party intends to control the world by 2049, that has been their specific plan since 1949 when they took over China.
This is definitely a bioweapon, it is definitely intentional and I hope I’m wrong but I fear another one, much worse, is locked away in a lab somewhere in China. Fauci might already know about it. He might have even worked on it. That little bastard is evil...Just as evil as hillary clinton. And that’s not easy to do. Or maybe a series of less serious ones like this one, each eating away at the overall population.

The world population has been used as a guinea pig and the truth is not being presented accurately about their little experiment.
One thing that they have learned is how compliant people are. Just reaffirms why Germany happened pre-WWII.
My concern is that the effects may be very long term and so many many more people will get the vaccine. Like a Trojan horse we may not the effects until we are well down the road.
If I were to create something that was designed to exterminated or euthanized a large percentage of the population, I'd design it so that it didn't immediately kill.
And look which country is benefiting....CHINA.
