It just took me an hour to find pills with the “i” word after looking for “mail order pharmacy sales” in Spanish through Google Translate. It’s expensive, but so is your life, it has the advantage, trying to get packages thru, that it doesn’t contain the “i” word, it’s labelled Stromectol (20 pills x 12 mg) for air mail delivery with insurance (but no tracking at $10 air mail) = $135.87.
