“Cases” are just positive PCR test and are a function of how many tests are done and do not reflect actual Covid-19 (the disease).
We are now administering so many more tests than before, at an ever increasing rate with increase being continuously dictated. We must have a test to go to a concert or sporting event, for example.
The decrease in cases Fauci dictates will never happen in this dynamic of ever increasing numbers of tests.
And I would guess Fauci woul know this but uses it to play both sides of the street for a purpose.
