“Most of our fires were started by arsonists,
Not drought”
Droughts never ‘cause’ fires.
And your electric blowers, weed whackers, mowers, trimmers, and everything else outlawed by the new “SOAR” law that Gruesome just signed.
Why can’t they bury the power lines?
“The high winds, combined with bone-dry vegetation caused by the drought”
More gaslighting.
From may till October it has never rained in California, so every year, whether we get a wet winter or not, the vegetation is bone dry.
If anything, years with wet winters may actually lead to worse fire conditions since you have a greater amount of vegetation, especially grass, providing more kindling for a potential fire.

Yup.

It’s what’s for breakfast !
( and brunch, and dinner)
Variable pitch blades is the least of the problem (besides, they have had that from the beginning — about 40 years).
The big problem is you will need a couple hundred million of the infernal machines all over the the USA. Those vistas you’ve enjoyed your entire life? Gone for good, all in the name of Gaia and the bogus fight against climate change.
If you don’t mind me asking; how does a oxygen concentrator differ from the portable tanks?
Burying power lines is very expensive, and CA and the utility companies never did locate the printing press in their basements!
Sue me once, shame on you.
Sue me twice, shame on me.

Q: What did Californians use before candles to light their homes?
A: Electricity.
It’s going to get windy in CA...Quick, shut off the power!!
Ban on gas powered lawn mowers....
Now that Gavin Newsom has been declared invincible by surviving the recall with 67%, he can demand the grass stop growing. Uh, I’m referring to lawns, not marijuana.
The Persian King Xerxes....
“During the second Persian invasion of Greece in 480 BC the pontoon bridges across the Dardanelles were destroyed by a storm. In frustration Xerxes famously “retaliated” by having soldiers flog the waters with 300 lashes!”—Wikipedia

I don’t mind.
I’ve never used a tank.
But the only difference I can think of is that a tank can run empty, a concentrator cant as long as there is electricity to power it.
The nebulizer is more important to me as the medication works way better than an emergency inhaler.
( the good inhalers were made to ditch the aerosol they used and relaxed with something “greener”.
They now come with instructions to shake for 30 seconds before use.
How cruel and sadistic and callous is that !? All of a sudden fighting for breath you have to physically exert yourself for another 30 seconds before you can use your new and improved enviromentaly responsible , doesn’t work any better than 30 seconds before inhaler. Sick stupid sob’s.)
wind power is a joke
solar too, ca is sitting on billions of barrels of oil
PG&E should abandon the Transmission Lines and put them om Ebay for $1, let someone else provide the Delivery of Electricity from PG&E and assume all the liability that comes with it.
PG&E trying to blackmail CA into granting them immunity from liability for their wires starting fires.

You make a really good point.
Wouldn’t it be cheaper for pge to provide an oxygen tank ?
But oh no, gotta have a lithiamm ion battery undoubtedly made in Communist China !
( pelosi/ Gavin crime family probably has stock in the ccp battery factory imho)
I have been curious for years why SDG&E, my utility in So. OC, never has blackouts or lowers transmission. Less customers? Better management? Shorter transmission lines/infrastructure? Political influence?
