California and NY need to remember the US citizen doesn’t want either one to be an example for the nation on anything. Stay in their own lane and quit trying to dictate what America needs to look like.
I imagine they will find what they are looking for. Then fund organizations to bring the oppressed together. They will then send the busses to take the “oppressed” to the ballot boxes.
“Hate” will include Christian teachings no doubt.
This will, of course, include opposition to Hair Gel General’s policies.
And who defines whether any crime is a hate crime or not?
The intent isn’t to monitor hate crimes it’s to manufacture hate crimes.

It will eventually include any kind of speech they don’t like. After all, it’s quite easy to classify something as “hate speech”. All you’ve got to do is connect the dots - dots that really aren’t there.
Suppose you advocate for voter ID. That can adversely impact minorities. Therefore you are a racist, and you are engaging in hate speech. Off to the gulag with you.
I have no doubt it will include parents who try to counsel their confused teens against gender transitioning.
I’m sure glad California kept Gavin Nobrain in power. Now he will probably do to California what Biden is doing to the US. Establish a dictatorship just to repay voters for challenging his power.
California has been on the needle far to long time to go clean.

Yup. Just like when the ‘war on terror began. We mainstreamed the word ‘terrorist’ without boundaries. Now our dear leaders are focusing this new threat internally.
Methinks everyone should avoid CA, because the Hate commission will be looking for ways to justify their existence. So hate - like “systemic racism” - will be ubiquitous.
Worse yet, what will happen if someone “feels” hated?
Everything they do they preface it with their being an example.....there’s not a thing in either state I’d want my state to follow...not one thing.
