It will eventually include any kind of speech they don’t like. After all, it’s quite easy to classify something as “hate speech”. All you’ve got to do is connect the dots - dots that really aren’t there.
Suppose you advocate for voter ID. That can adversely impact minorities. Therefore you are a racist, and you are engaging in hate speech. Off to the gulag with you.
