Maybe say the writ of mandamus nullifies the injunction that prevented the enforcement of the ban later overruled against stopping all cessations of the contents of the writ signed by the first judge./s

Exactly. I don't think the other posters here understand what just happened.
There are going to be a whole lot of very confused people on both sides of the discussion. Perhaps that cannot be avoided.
Both will have heard a declaration that their side won the argument sometime during this week.
Usually all you need to know is who appointed the judge and you can tell what their decisions will be.
The law isn't about law any more. It's about political war through other means.

The Law case was about doing harm to the mother....never mind about killing the baby. How nuts is that?
So much for the Democrat mantra of “if it harms just one child”. They clearly hate American babies as they abort those while importing foreign kids. The left is trying to destroy America, and paying people not to work was part of their risky scheme. I read an article over at TheFederalist on the consequences, “Labor Force Participation Drops As Americans Hyped Up On Federal Cash Quit Looking For Work”, so give that a look. Their intended results achieved Democrats will now try to find a way to blame Trump. When decisions are given we need to know who appointed each judge. In this case I heard it was an Obama judge who forced this issue.
