When you submit any article some Editors will change the title of the article and will inject between paragraphs lead ins into the authors writing.
For example you may write an article and title it: "We have got to stop demented anti American Biden from destroying our country."
When the article is published the title may be: "President Biden like many older Americans, battles dementia ."
That is why many times, we read an article, and see it does not agree with the "Title" of the article. -Tom
