Dog the Bounty Hunter was reportedly served with a $1.3 million lawsuit accusing him of “racist and homophobic behavior” during his search for Brian Laundrie in Florida.

The Sun published what it says is a photograph of the reality TV star receiving the court documents in which he is accused of breach of contract in connection with his canceled show “Dog Unleashed.”

The 68-year-old — whose real name is Duane Chapman – was allegedly fired from the show after racist outbursts and using an illegal Taser to intimidate his way into someone’s home during a shoot in Virginia, according to The Sun, which cited the suit.

Chapman, who also was accused of using homophobic language, has strongly denied the accusations, according to the outlet.

was allegedly fired from the show

If you fire someone, how have THEY breached the contract?
This question isn't in defense of Chapman. I'm asking how that works.

I have to believe there was some sort of moral behavior clause in the contract. His alleged behavior reflected poorly on the network and they canned him.

Sounds like the Laundrie’s team and lawyer might be afraid the family will crack. I’ve always thought the sister wasn’t going to ruin her life for her worthless brother. No telling the corruption this FL family is caught up in.

The show never aired. Looks like it's a "dog fight" with step-family involved. Messy! And there's this:

However, the TV personality's rep responded the lawsuit in a statement to The Sun.

“The claims made against Dog Chapman by convicted felon Mike Donovan are malicious bogus claims without any merit. The lawsuit is nothing more than a response to Dog refusing to enter into an agreement with Donovan and his business, and becoming aware that besides Donovan’s criminal background there were multiple active fraud investigations into his company Libre by Nexus from several state attorneys generals. Dog is very confident that the fictional claims will be dismissed and he then will pursue claims against Donovan for malicious prosecution,” said a representative from Dog’s legal team.

Noticing someone has a criminal background is racist. The only question is how much the punitive damages will be.

***was accused of using homophobic language***

I doubt if he is scared of homos. A better term is Homomisia, a revulsion of gays.

Also works for islamophobia. Islamomisia.

Huh? What makes you think they’ll honor that oath?

They have no honor. They are politicians, the lowest form of life on earth.
