Joe Biden did it again today. A month after the first announcement, the White House occupant claimed again a Dept of Labor rule (via OSHA) is forthcoming, yet no such process appears to be taking place. This ploy now seems very purposeful, because without an actual policy or regulation visibly in place, state attorneys general cannot file a lawsuit or request an injunction.
As long as Biden keeps threatening a DOL worker vaccination rule sometime in the future, many employers will take action to require worker vaccination. This seems to be the actual strategy; bolstered by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki caught off-guard last week when asked about it.
Psaki had no idea how to answer the question about any OSHA activity not taking place

Biden’s words are not shields for these employers against wrongful terminations of human rights violations.
Republicans as well as Democraps welcome this type of rule as it relieves them of their responsibilities.

Question:
Since so many employers are adhering to this non existent Federal decree, I would think that they would be 100% LIABLE for any and all injuries or losses as a result.
There is NO FEDERAL LAW or ORDER to shield them, They have NO defense, these actions are Purely thier own and they should be required to OWN IT!!
My son works for a very large government contractor. They posted a FAQ sheet to go along with their deadline.
The FAQ clearly claims the requirement for the shot is based on the Biden EO.
We’re going to use that as part of his response to HR. The EO doesn’t exist. You don’t make policy based on a press release.
The Maryland Governor was known for doing that during his illegal lockdown phase. He’d say something about limitations but when you read the entire EO, that limitation is not mentioned, yet the sheep go right along with it.
The one that really killed me was masks. Every business in the state was afraid the state would shut them down.
A state trooper buddy told me that in reality, if they were called to a store, they were to tell the proprietor that they had three days to get in compliance or the trooper “may” pass it along to the County States Attorney (prosecutor) who “may” choose to pursue it.
Of course, the States Attorney is also pretty busy with actual cases so...
