I tried to go to your link, but it seems to be dead. I'll keep trying it through the day. But, if you look at what you posted, those trials are small and you need to be able to see more of the details of those trials to determine anything other than Ivermectin was used at a certain dosage. There are many more variables to account for.
I have nothing against Ivermectin when used under a doctors care. That way, some degree of safety can be assured, and if it works then it works. But, you have many people trying to self-medicate with it using dosages that far exceed the recommended safe dosage, types that are not approved for human consumption, and under uncontrolled conditions.
And, in vetro studies show us quite a bit about a drug. They eliminate many of the questionable variables. In the case of covid, they narrow it down to Ivermectin and what effect it has when it comes in contact with the virus. And, they show that it takes 8.5 times the reccommended dosage to have an effect. But, as I said, Ivermectin could be working in conjunction with something else to have a positive effect. The validity of those studies will become stronger as time passes and more tightly controlled trials are undertaken.
I just went to it and it worked.
As for the size:
The total of all the studies at that site comprise of 47,641 subjects and 639 authors.
The Peer-reviewed studies have 17,216 subjects and 474 authors.
The randomized control trials have 6,548 subjects and 371 authors.
As for the details, each trial is discussed in depth - if you click on a trial it takes you to a discussion as well as original trial source
You claim that there is a recommended safe dose - what is that exactly? There has not been any “official” statement to what is the recommended dose for treatment because the people in charge are ignoring the studies that WERE controlled. The doctors who are not ignoring the research are coming up with dosage recommendations and those are the same ones being referred to on FR, such as FLCCC https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/FLCCC-Alliance-I-MASKplus-Protocol-ENGLISH.pdf
and

More people WOULD be doing this under a doctor’s care if the treatment was not so wrongfully maligned and they were not threatened with losing their jobs and/or medical license.
As for the rest of your statement, you need to go to the link I sent, read the studies, and the discussions, and you will see these are well-controlled, well-conducted trials. The site also gives dozens more links to studies that were not part of the metanalysis with explanations of the issues and flaws that made them unreliable.
