In all seriousness, fetal alcohol syndrome is permanently painted on so many of these kid's faces, and with this one, appears to be natal malnutrition as well (folic acid, et al). Sad.

My earliest thoughts on the photo of the suspect was that he has a diamond ear stud or whatever it is and he has braces. Orthodontia is not an option for a low income family usually.
So he may be middle class student.
